In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Fajasmariae.ae and its operator.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Product information and fit

We aim to describe products, compression levels, colours, sizing, materials, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect how colours appear. Measurements and fit can vary by style and body shape, so please review the product information and size guidance before ordering.

Our fit guidance is general customer support, not medical advice. Compression should feel supportive, not painful or restrictive. Do not size down to create stronger compression. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, have a medical condition, or have concerns about compression, follow the advice of your surgeon or healthcare professional before use.

2. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel or limit an order where an item is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a material error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery information cannot be verified, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If an accepted paid order is cancelled, any amount due will be returned using the original payment method where possible.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Applicable delivery charges, taxes, or other checkout charges are shown before order confirmation where required.
